Hubrix routes your messages to the following AI providers based on your model selection:
Your messages may be processed by these providers to generate responses. We do not share your personal account data with them — only the message content you submit.
Web search (when enabled) uses Serper.dev (Claude/GPT) or Google Grounding (Gemini). Search queries are not linked to your personal identity.

Your data is stored on servers located in the Netherlands, EU. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA, except when using AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) which may process data in the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
